We are looking for a Director of Growth Marketing who will be responsible for growing an engaged audience for our online publications, developing and executing our newsletter subscription and commerce products marketing strategy.
This role will require a deep understanding of the digital media landscape and audience development best practices, as well as experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting new audiences, optimizing our existing channels, and driving subscription growth across all our digital channels for our publications.
BWZ is a rapidly growing company, but we are still quite young and scrappy, so while this is a leadership role, we are looking for someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty. We need someone who translates strategic vision to executional capability.
